Instructions:
Simple, just drag and drop the plugin into your /plugins/ folder and run it!

There are no commands yet, I will add if requested
Usage:
Players get to use the Double Jump and Potion effects without permissions, just drag and drop the plugin into the plugin folder and you're ready to go!
