This was just a quick plugin created for a plugin request, it allow's you to limit the number of hopper's that can be placed per chunk.

Permissions:

• hoplimit.bypass || allows a user to bypass the limit and place more than the limit specifies per chunk, OPs have this ability automatically.

Commands:

• /hopreload || reloads configuration.

Config:

• allow-op || If set to true, all ops can place infinite hoppers per chunk, well 65536 :).
• limit || The amount of hoppers that can be placed per chunk.
