With this plugin, you can change the chances of storms appearing, and how often the weather changes. In the configuration, a tree is created for each world, where you can change the storm chance out of 100, and the minutes it takes for the weather to change. You can also change whether the storms have thunder or not. Supports multiworld, if you haven't realized that already, ha. Low weather change durations will make the weather change very erratically, and high durations will make the weather rarely change.
