with this plugin you can use the command
c [message]
from the server console and your message will be broadcast to all players like this:
<God> [message]
Example:
enter this in console:
c Hello everyone on this server!
and this is broadcast to everyone:
<God> Hello everyone on this server!
You can also change the name and color of the message in-game like so:
c n:<Bob> c:&f Hello!
This would make the color white and change the message to this:
<Bob> Hello!
This is a very simple plugin, the first i made.
I made this plugin because people on my server had a church and they wanted a way to talk to god.
This plugin does just that, it allows "God" to speak and everyone can hear him instead of "Server", which doesn't really fit with the church idea.

You can change God's name and chat color in the Config file.
