GlobalBox is a plugin which creates for every player accessible chests. These chests can be accessed from everywhere by simply using a chat command. This plugin support permissions.
Features :
Adds multiple inventories which are accessible for every player with the appropriate permissions
Bind these inventories to specific chests, to open them by clicking on the chests
Add passwords to specific inventories
Configure how many inventories there

Install:
Download the .jar.
Drop it into your plugins folder
Restart/reload your Server.
Commands:
/gb -> opens up the first inventory
/gb <1-N> [Password] -> Opens up the given inventory
/gbbind <1-N> [Password] -> Binds the given inventory to a doublechest
/gbremove -> Removes a bound inventory from a chest
/gbpw set -> set a password for an inventory
/gbpw remove ->remove a password from an inventory
/gbinfo -> Information about thew plugin
Permissions:
GlobalBox.gb ->Open the global inventories from everywhere by command
GlobalBox.gbbind ->Bind an inventory to a chest
GlobalBox.gbremove ->Remove a bound inventory from a chest
GlobalBox.gbobserve -> See who is viewing which inventory
GlobalBox.gbpw -> Set or remove passwords from inventories
GlobalBox.access -> Be able to open password protected chests without the password
