Makes voting easier for players and admins - Type /vote and get the vote link for the server

Download the plugin and put the plugin in your plugins folder
Run your server and a config file will generate
You can edit what the link says inside the config file
Once you do all these steps, the plugin is setup! Now just use /vote on your server to test it!
