Force Say

Force Say is a simple plugin that lets you make any player say whatever you want with just one command.

Commands

/forcesay <player> <message...> - Makes <player> say <message...>

Permissions

forcesay.use - Allows the player to use the command '/forcesay' Default: Op

forcesay.block - Prevents the player from having '/forcesay' used on them. Default: Op
