When you place down a block in your Minecraft world will this plugin turn that block into a FallingBlock that will fall to the ground, just like sand does!
Basic permission players need to be able to use FallingBlocks - Fallingblocks.use

Aliases for /fallingblocks
When a player has enabled Fallingblocks (/fallingblocks enable) will all the block the player place down turn into a FallingBlock.
To disable Fallingblocks if the player has enabled it, will he just type /fallingblocks disable
There is no Config file for Fallingblocks, just two simple comands!
