FakeSay Is A "Fun" Plugin for admins, allowing them to force another players chat!
So if a admin types (/fakesay YCrafter Test_Message)
<YCrafter> Test Message
/fakesay
/fakesay info
/fs
/fakesay <target> <message>
/fs <target> <message>
/fakesay info -or- /fs info
[fakesay.use] :Any player with this permission node can use all FakeSay commands!
[fakesay.immune] :Any player with this permission node cannot have their chat forced.
*Fix Spaces in Message, so they can be used instead of " _ "
