I made this plugin for Fun and it's my first plugin I upload here. Sorry if my english isn't very well (I'm german :D).

Description

It displays particles when you breake the following Blocks:

• Ironblock/-ore
• Goldblock/-ore
• Emeraldblock/-ore
• Diamondblock/-ore
• Redstoneblock/-ore
• Lapislazuliblock/-ore
• Glassblock
• Beacon

It also shows particles when a player...

• got the next XP-Level
• join the server

Commands

• /effects.enable Enable the particle effects
• /effects.disable Disable the particle effects

Permissions

• effects.enable /effects.enable
• effects.disable /effects.disable

Infos

This plugin should work on Craftbukkit 1.7.9, 1.7.10 and all 1.8 versions (If not, please let me know about)
