EasyHeal allowes you to heal yourself or other players on your bukkit server.

Commands

/heal - heals the player
/heal [name] - heals the [name] player
/healall - heals everyone

Permissions

easyheal.heal - allowes the player to heal
easyheal.heal.others - allowes the player to heal other players
easyheal.healall - allowes the player to heal everyone
