This plugin allows you to send automatically messages with different delays and in set worlds.
This messages, delays and worlds can be defined. It supports at the moment five seperate messages.
This plugin will be updated and expanded from time to time!
You can use the color & formatting codes as written here: http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes
Just replace the § with a &.
