Allows a server manager to easily manipulate and edit the xp rate and drop rates of all items and blocks in-game.

== Configuration ==

• droprate: An integer value that is a multiplier for the amount of items dropped when mining, killing mobs, ect.
  
• xprate: An integer value that multiplies the amount of xp gained
