ClearChat is often used to protect the chat from annoying advertisers and spammers.
ClearServerChat is a Administrative Tool used for situations that are frequent. If you see something in chat, that you think that can harm, your server, and or players, that is when this plugin will come in handy. Situations like when players spam or advertise, you don't want that to be seen by other players.
/csc Clears chat.
