ChestFill is a lightweight plugins that allows the player to fill chests and dispensers with a single command.
Simply look at the dispenser or chest you want to fill (works up to 100 blocks away), hold the item you want to fill it with and use the command:
/chestfill
The chest will then be filled with stacks of 64 of the item in your hand. If you want to empty a chest or dispenser, you can use the command:
/chestempty
