Features
- Anti-Swear - Prevents players from swearing. You can switch between word and message type in config.
- Anti-Spam - Prevents players from sending the same messages over and over agin.
- Slow-Mode - Prevents players from sending messages too fast.
- Mute-Chat - Allows you to mute chat or a player.
- Party - Allows players to create a party where they can chat.
Permissions
- chatutilities.chatcolor - Allows the player to use colors in its messages
- chatutilities.anti-swear.bypass - Allows the player to bypass the anti-swear function
- chatutilities.anti-spam.bypass - Allows the player to bypass the anti-spam function
- chatutilities.slow-mode.bypass - Allows the player to bypass the slow-mode function
- chatutilities.mute-chat.bypass - Allows the player to chat while the chat is muted
- chatutilities.admin - Gives the player all the permissions of the plugin
- chatutilitites.party - Allows players to use the party feature

- /chatutilities <function> <enable/disable> - Enables/disables the feature - chatutilities.admin
- /mutechat - Mutes the chat - chatutilities.admin
- /mutechat <player> - Mutes the player - chatutilities.admin
- /clearchat - Clears the chat - chatutilities.admin
- /gms - Switches your gamemode to survival - minecraft.command.gamemode
- /gmc - Switches your gamemode to creative - minecraft.command.gamemode
- /gma - Switches your gamemode to adventure - minecraft.command.gamemode
- /gmsp - Switches your gamemode to spectator - minecraft.command.gamemode
- /party <player> - Invites player to the party - chatutilitites.party
- /party disband - Disbands the party - chatutilitites.party
- /party leave - Allows the player to leave the party - chatutilitites.party
- /party kick <player> - Kicks the player from the party - chatutilitites.party
- /partychat <message> - Party chat - chatutilitites.party
