How to setup
1: Install the FilterChat plugin
2: Get a permissions plugin (GroupManager, PermissionsEx, etc)
3: Give your default group the permission 'chatfilter.use'
4: Give your admin group the permission 'chatfilter.admin'
5: Add your unwanted words via the plugins config or command '/filter add example'

Permissions
chatfilter.admin : Lets the user toggle, edit & use the plugin
chatfilter.use : Turns the plugin on for that user

Commands
/filter : displays the help menu
/filter toggle : toggles the plugin
/filter list : view the filtered words
/filter add 'word' : adds a new word
/filter remove 'word' : remove a word
