Overview

This plugin is designed to simplify chat management. This plugin allows for server owners to keep detailed logs of the interactions between players. This will be useful to allow server owners to check the validity of reports made against either players or staff members. The plugin logs by both date and player name, which will allow you to view the context of player messages, if you need to. Both date logging and player logging are able to be disabled in the config file. This plugin also grants players the ability to clear their own chat, using the command /pc. As well as that, players with the “chatcommander.clearchat” permission the ability to use the /cc command to clear the public chat. This feature is, again, able to be disabled in the config.

Features:

• Players can clear their own chat
• Staff can clear the global chat, with the “chatcommander.clearchat permission”
• Log common player events, including death, join, quit, commands and chat messages

• Keyword blocking/replacement

Commands:

• /cc – Clear the Public Chat
• /pc – Clear your own Chat

Permissions:

• chatcommander.clearchat – Allow the /cc command
• chatcommander.privatechat – Allow the /pc command, if it isn’t automatically granted

Known Caveats:

• /cc will clear the console as well
• Coordinates aren't logged
