Cal-and-er

A lightweight and simple timekeeping plugin designed for geopolitical servers.
Calander offers these commands:

• /calander start <year> | sets the start date for the calendar
• /calander stop | stops the bossbar
• /calander rate show | shows the current multiplier for the year cycle
• -/calander rate <0.1-100> | multiplier for calander (1.0 is default 7 days)

Calander offers a bossbar at the top of the screen that is fully configurable inside of a related config file. Designed to be as simple as possible to use. Mostly intended for RP servers but can be used in any instance. All months have their respected days. No negetive years.
