New update v0.2 for Minecraft 1.7-1.8

How to use this plugin:

Settings:

File CfgFile.cfg is main and able to correct by server creator. You can turn on/off the plugin and some configurations. All settings information you may find in CfgFile.cfg

Heart:

Plugin heart is create a warps by players to them building or shops and vote to it. If your building is pretty or shop is modern. You gonna be popular or rich on this server.

Use /language <> (compulsory label may be rus/eng) after downloading Language plugin http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/languageplugin/ to change your language between Russian and English

Permissions:

permissions	descriptions	commands
bv.*	Allows you to use all BuildingVote plugin's commands	-
bv.property.*	Allows you to use all BuildingVote plugin's property commands	-
bv.property.create	Allows you to create a your own warp	/SetV or /SetVote
bv.property.delete	Allows you to delete your own warp	/DeleteVote or /DelV or /RemoveVote
bv.property.setting	Allows you to change your own warp info	/ReplaceVote or /ReplaceV and /ChangeInfoVote or /ChangeInfoV
bv.teleport	Allows you to teleport to each warp	/GoToVote
bv.vote	Allows you to vote to each warp	/Vote
bv.info	Allows you to watch each warp's info	/Top or /TopVote and /VoteInfo or /VInfo
