Blow - When TNT isn't enough!

Blow allows you to blow up other player or yourself with simple commands. You can also input the desired explosive power from nothing more then a small bang that does no damage to surrounding blocks, to a big boom which will can create a creator with a 10 block radius.But if no power is given, the plugin will automatically use a power of 5. Can be used by admins or player if given the permissions.
