Blazing Speed
I originally made this to a friend who wanted it for his server, but after a while I decided to put it
up on BukkitDev so others could use it aswell!
Features
- Makes you faster for a configurable amount of time
- Flame particle effect!
- Effect cooldown.
- The item to use is configurable (Default: Blaze Powder)
- Permission (See below)
Configuration
- BlazingSpeedItemID: 377
(The ID of the item to use! http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Data_values Default: Blaze Powder)
- BlazingSpeedDuration: 3
(The duration of the Blazing Speed effect.)
- ShowPermissionMessage: true
(Show the "You dont have permission to use Blazing Speed!" message.)
- ShowUseAndWoreOffMessage: true
(Displays messages for when the Blazing Speed effect begins and ends.)
- RemoveItemOnUse: true
(If the Blazing Speed item gets removed on use.)
- BlazingSpeedHasCooldown: true
(If the Blazing Speed effect has a cooldown.)
- ShowCooldownMessage: true
(Show the "Blazing Speed is on cooldown" message when trying to activate Blazing Speed during the cooldown.)
- CooldownTime
(How long the Blazing Speed cooldown will be)
Permissions
- blazingspeed.use - Makes you able to use the Blazing Speed Item
- blazingspeed.reload - Makes you able to use the /blazingspeed reload command!
Commands
/blazingspeed - Gives you info about the plugin.
/blazingspeed reload - Reloads the Blazing Speed config!

Fixed bug: Item activating upon pressure plate activation.
How To Use
1. Get the Blazing Speed Item (Default: Blaze Powder)
2. Right-Click the item.
3. And now if you have the permission and the effect isn't on cooldown you should become faster and have a flame particle effect.
What My Plugin Does
When you right-click with the item you have specified (in the config. Default: Blaze Powder) it makes you faster for a configurable amount of time (specified in the config) and you have a flame particle following you like a trail.
(Good to use for Minigames)
