BadSpam

This plugin was made to do a simple task, stop players from repeating messages within 10 seconds of the first one being sent.

For instance, someone asks for items on a server "GIVE MEH ITEMS" If they try to spam it, it will stop them and tell them they need to wait 10 seconds before saying the same thing again.
