This Plugin lets you make your own Admin Chat for all your Staff. You can configure, how to Chat in the Channel or whats the Channel-Prefix.

NoPerms: The Messages, when a Player has no Permissions for this CMD
ChannelPrefix: The Prefix, when a Player chats in the Channel.
