Yeah, I like this – it's a mod that adds things that stay within the vanilla style. The mod adds blocks, armor, potions, and all the other cool things!

Amethyst Gear: A replacement for Netherite — it has lower durability, but tools deal more damage and the armor is slightly stronger.
Glass Blocks: Glass slabs, doors, and trapdoors, as well as framed glass made with different metals.
Salt: A new ore and decorative blocks.
Potions: Haste, Glowing, Wither, Hunger, Blindness, Mining fatigue and Nausea.
Food: Echpochmaks, various cookies (which give short-term effects), and golden food (golden potato and golden echpochmak — they work like golden apples but grant different effects).

The mod is planned to be further developed, but for now it's only available for version 1.20.1 (I might make a port for 1.19.2, but it will be Forge-only). There's also a plan to port the mod to 1.21.1 using NeoForge.
You're allowed to use this mod in modpacks and to port it to Fabric (or other mod loaders, but only if you include a link to the original mod).
