XP Diary

This mod requires Forgelin 1.6.0 or higher to work!

XP Diary adds a vanilla-inspired way to save your experience. The only block added is the diary block. With this block, you can deposit or withdraw your experience. Depending on your setup, the deposit may not be free; like enchanting tables, XP diaries require bookshelves to operate optimally. A zero-bookshelf supported diary will have a capacity of 128XP (~8.7 levels) and have a 30% deduction on deposited XP, while a 15-bookshelf supported diary will have a capacity of 2048XP (~35 levels) and have a 0% deduction on deposited XP.

Recipe

This recipe procudes 1 diary.

XP Diary Menu

The number at the top represents the amount of stored experience versus the diary's capacity. Because of the deduction on experience, fractions of XP are stored, although the player can only withdraw full amounts. The capacity is increased with additional bookshelves, up to 2048XP. The percentage below it is the deduction or taxation rate. This is how much experience is lost during a deposit. This number is reduced with additional bookshelves, down to 0%. After that, there are options for depositing (up arrow) and withdrawing (down arrow) experience amounts, where depositing may incur a tax (but withdrawing does not). Following that, the player's current experience points are displayed.
