A plugin from the idea of Essentials. Adds in additional commands that will just make managing your server a tad bit easier.

Note: This is a alpha version and there are many bugs, including unable to disable anything in config of Vitalities.
Commands:
/vitalities: Vitalities version check, chestgui to use other commands too
/disconnect: Disconnect yourself of the server (kicks yourself)
/normalheal || */superheal: Heals a player to normal/double health
/issuewarning: Warns a player
/kick-test || /kick-sus || /kick-lag: Kick a player for x reason
/skeletons || /zombies: MCScoreboard, check server kill counts of name of mob killed
/help-v: Help for Vitalities
/hit: Hit x person/location : /share-location: Shows/Shares your location.
/echest: Opens your enderchest
/kickhammer: Kick people with a more cleaner and detailed gui
/staff: Enter staff mode
/helpop: A better helpop command
/sc: Staff chat! :)

And now for my favorite commands!
/gm-check: checks gamemode of player
/anmsg: messages someone without your player name, a anonymous msg :)
/trash: Creates a trash bin so donors can trash stuff inside. It clears itself once server restarts or reloads, not automatically like other plugins.
*Note: Marked commands are currently experimental and won't work completely without the use of editing plugin files.
Sign Commands:
[WELCOME] : Just adds your name to the bottom of the sign
[KILL] : Kills yourself
[FEED] : Completely saturates your hunger
Other Features:
/econ : modify secondary economy if you have essentials or other economy plugin installed
/disable: disables vitalities
/enable: enables it obviously
/v-reload: reload config lol
a nice config file
very customisable
lots of permission and permission groups
Unlike many plugins, I grouped my permissions very well into permission groups
