A Hat Extravaganza!
Hats is the perfect plugin ranging from lobby fun to absolute mini-games! With Hats you can create yourself your very own wardrobe!!!! The Possibilities are endless!!! It includes simple commands permission and even a custom GUI where players can select their own personal hat!!!Players Also Spawn with a Hats GUI book now! This Book allows Players to access the Inventory much easier now! Some simple commands and permissions include:

Hat-Hats.hat - Selects the item in your hand as your hat!
Hats-Hats.hats - Opens the VIP hat GUI!
Boots-Hats.boots Selects the item in hand as your boots!
Pants-Hats.pants - Selects the item in your hand as your pants!!
Vest-Hats.vest - Selects the item in your hand as your vest!!
ClearHat - Hats.Clear - Clears a Players Hat!
getHat - Hats.getHat - Gets an ONLINE Player's Hat
HatsInfo - Hats.Info - Displays An Info Section About Hats!
HatsJoin - OP - On Join does not display OP messages!
CursorHat - Hats.CursorHat - Lets a player right click a block using Cursor to Equip it as their Hat!
giveBook - Hats.giveBook - Gives a Player a book on Join to open GUI and gives a Specific Player a GUI Book! - giveBook <player>
