Vespers (Origin)

“Born of shadowed skies and whispered storms, the Vespers are spectral beings, existing between the physical and the eldritch. Their eerie presence unsettles all who cross their path, and their movements are guided by unseen forces.”
Primary Abilities:
• ⟡ Eldritch Soar (Passive) ⟡ – You have elytra wings by default, allowing for gliding. However, you cannot wear armor above chainmail due to your spectral form.
• ⟡ Wing Beat (Active) ⟡ – Press [Primary Key] to launch yourself into the air, emitting a concussive pulse that knocks back entities around you. (3s cooldown)
• ⟡ Screech (Active) ⟡ – Press [Secondary Key] to unleash a sonic burst that travels 8 blocks forward, dealing 5 damage to anything it hits. (5s cooldown)
Passive Traits:
• ⟡ Spectral Form ⟡ – Your body is semi-ethereal, making you translucent and causing you to emit a light level of 8.
• ⟡ Echolocation (Toggle) ⟡ – When you sneak, all entities within 10 blocks are revealed with the Spectral effect, making them visible even in darkness.
• ⟡ Veil of Twilight ⟡ – In dim light or darkness, you gain +10% movement speed, and hostile mobs have a slightly reduced detection range toward you.
Weaknesses & Limitations:
• ⟡ Dampened Wings ⟡ – If you touch water, you cannot use Wing Beat until you dry off.
• ⟡ Fractured Essence ⟡ – You are more susceptible to chaotic forces, taking extra damage from explosions and the Wither effect.
• ⟡ Frail Vessel ⟡ – Your spectral form makes you weaker physically. You have 16 HP instead of the standard 20 HP.
