Vanilla uses system lang by default, but fabric seems doesn't.
This mod fixes it: if options.txt doesn't exist, or the language wasn't set, the game will use system language, instead of English.
Also, this mod won't be affected by kubeJS(https://github.com/KubeJS-Mods/KubeJS/issues/764).
