This mod adds a recipe for crafting slimeballs. The crafting recipe was inspired by the fact that condensed milk and kelp tend to be quite sticky and slimy.
The recipe:
(this recipe is shapeless, put the items wherever you want)
This mod should be compatible with JEI and shouldn't cause any problems.
