The Useful Tools Mod

Description

This mod adds many tools and some new types of armor.

The tool types it adds are: Obsidian, hardened redstone, reinforced gold, emerald, and OP.

The armor types are: Obsidian, reinforced gold, emerald, OP, and Hardened Redstone.

There also are currently two new types of explosives: a grenade and dynamite. Grenades are thrown (by right-clicking) and dynamite explodes instantly (upon right-click).

The Obsidian and emerald tools require you to make Obsidian or Emerald ingots. To make and obsidian ingot you put a piece of obidian in a crafting table and you will get 9 obsidian shards. Then put an obsidian shard in the center of the crafting table with four iron ingots, one on top, one on bottom, one to the left, and another to the right. For the emerald ingot just put an emerald in a crafting table with four iron ingots just like you do to make an obsidian ingot.

To make reinforced gold you put a gold ingot in the middle of a crafting table and surround it with iron nuggets. To make iron nuggets you put an iron ingot in a crafting table and you will get 9 iron nuggets. You can also find naturally reinforced gold ore that spawns in the world.

To make hardened redstone you need to put a piece of redstone dust in the center of a crafting table and put four clay in the table (one on top, one on bottom, one on the left and one on the right.

(I recommend using a mod that allows you to see in game recipes to make things easier.)
