new template armor set:
- Supervision Helmet, gives glow effect to nearby entities
- Protective Chestplate, shoots flame arrows continuously when sneaking
- Levitation Leggings, gives you levitation ability when sneaking
- Breeze Shoes, shoots breeze wind charges below you

Bugs fixed:

Fixed wrong "The Massive Gear" structures between dimensions
- Overworld themed The Massive Gear in the Steampunk world and Steampunk themed in the Overworld. Now they have right themes.
Some recipes were missing and couldn't craft some items/blocks
