Adds The Freeze, a lightweight Breeze/Blaze like mob that spawns in very very cold biomes. Its rods can be used to craft tridents. It has a ranged attack where it will shoot (hardened) snowballs at the player within a rapid pace, if somehow a Freeze encounters a Blaze, the Freeze will initiate a fight because they are opposite elements and stuff. the Freeze has a chance of dropping a goat horn upon killing it.
