This mod adds a new material, "Crystal," to the game. You can obtain this new material by first crafting Crystalline Alloy with a diamond block and 8 red stained glass, and then by smelting Crystalline Alloy in a furnace, you get Crystal Block. You can also craft Crystal Blocks into 9 Crystal Shards. From there, you can craft some different items:
Crystal: Item goes in, different item comes out. You can convert items to other items, and by putting in specific items, you can get special Crystal-related items that cannot be obtained otherwise.
Shimmering Blade: Durable sword that does 20 damage.
Fire Staff: Right click to shoot fire.
Boom Staff: Consumes gunpowder, right click to shoot TNT that explodes on impact.
Flame Necklace: When equipped, grants fire resistance, at the cost of taking up an armor slot, and giving no defense.
Crystal Lamp: Block that provides light.
