Transmutation Table
The Transmutation Table is a new GUI that allows the player to place items inside it to gain new items that cannot be obtained from other sources, these items can be vanilla or modded!
Additionally to go along with this feature is a gamerule that enables a challenge run to disable them, the mod has been specificly designed to be able to be beaten without this feature, so have fun!
A decent amount of the textures in Terrible Mod 2 are animated.
Terrible Mod 2 comes with a resource pack that completly replaces the menu, with a custom logo, multiple music tracks & nearly 300 splash texts, this pack is not required, but is recommended. You can download it here: https://tinyurl.com/terribletworesource
A grand majority of these splash texts are just saterical, but there is also a lot of splash texts that give kudos to multiple properties that have influenced us over the years.
This project has started running MCreator to its limits and slowly but surely everytime we sit down to work on the mod, we end up adding like 8 additional things that we didn't need but is just there to be there. Despite all that though, for how much time this mod has taken to fully be made, what went from something that was purely satire like the first, to something a bit more naunced and actually kind of good has truely been something special, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. For all the frustration with MCreator or the resource pack not working for nearly a year or nearly losing the entire mod twice, I would say it was all worth it to deliver this sequel that has been following me in the back of my mind pretty much since I finished the first mod back in 2022. Thank you to anyone that plays this mod or even just bothered to read this massive block of text, and I hope we can meet again for whatever we do next outside of Minecraft because I never intend on touching this game again after I finish my personal playthrough of the mod.
