Sync uses core

Now the sync's mod shell constructor needs a sync core to be used.

The shell constructor won't work if a sync core is not in the hand of the player when right clicked on, after the use the sync core is removed, i made this mod to limit the creation and usage of bodies for death sync, for example on a lifesteal server it would be too powerfull to just not lose hearts on death, like this you will have to spend a decent amount of resources to create a new body and not lose a heart.

(this is a beta and there could be bugs, if you find any feel free to write them in the comments and i'll get to fix them).
