States is a "multi-layer" terrain protection mod.
The protection levels are Chunk -> District -> Municipality -> State.
Players can create Municipalities, and those do consists of Districts,
Districts can have their own type, e.g. "commercial, industrial, residential",
Districts do consists of claimed Chunks. Chunks are the "base" unit.
Chunks can be owned by any of the protection layers, or by players self.
Chunks can be sold, linked, whitelist people to and other.
Municipalities get new titles based on size (Village, Town, City, etc), titles
are configurable as well as some other things in the mod.
Other Features:
- ingame notification upon entering a different district/municipality/state,
which show's the disctrict's, municipality's and state's Icon ("flag").
- a GUI for claiming land
- a GUI to see the whole region, claims and chunk types
- works with the FSMM Mod (Item Currency)
- inbuilt Discord integration (you need my discord bot, setup info soon on WIKI)
- Sign Shops and Other informative Signs

FAQ
Q: IS THIS COMPATIBLE WITH SPONGE?
A: I do not know.
Q: Will you make it compatible with Sponge?
A: I personally do not have the need or any use in learning the Sponge API now.
This mod was made to be capable work alone, to have a secure and functional server.
Q: Will you make it compatible with permission plugins/mods?
A: Some Permissions (1.4.0+) in states are accessible via the Forge Permissions API,
the rest in States is internally self-managed, and some/a lot of things are configurable
per-municipality, per-district, per-state by players themself! (in States 1.4.0+!)
Q: (Actually not asked.) Does this contain a war mode, or will it in the future?
A: No.
Q: (Actually not asked.) Is this required Client side?
A: Yes.
Q: How to start out?
A: Try the /ck, /dis, /mun, /st commands out, read their info, and figure it out!

This mod is not "complete", but in a relatively well working state, that is why I posted it.
It is still being worked on, but it isn't on a priority list, so I cannot give a schedule on updates,
you are free to try to help (check license though), or suggest new features! (don't expect enthusiasm! :) )
