Starting Notes is a simplistic modpack/server owner mod, it adds custom written books to the players inventory when they first spawn in.
To use this mod you:
- add a text file int config/StartingNotes/ containing your books content, first line is author, second line is title, every line after that represents a page, books support § minecraft colour formatting etc
- then add/modify a file in the same folder called books.txt and add the full filename of your books (for instance, myBook.txt)
- whenever a player spawns they will get any books specified, you can also re-get the books by removing the scoreboard tag sn_spawned from them, then when they die, they will get the books
