Star Tools

Adds nether star tools that are more powerful then netherite.

Create powerful tools with nether stars!!!

• Use nether stars to create nether star base tools and armor
• Combine nether star base tools with ancient nether star gems found very deep in the overworld on a smithing table to create the powerful tools!!!

Important info:

• Nether star base tools are very, very weak, you need the gems to make them powerful
• Only for minecraft 1.19.4, this does not yet support 1.20
