Adds a mining dimension reachable through a green portal built from a custom block. The portal is constructed the same way as a nether portal and litwith flint and steel.
Terrain generates like theOverworld,with the removal of: trees, mobs, oceans, lava, gravel, & structures.
The dimension isalways day-timewith no darkness or shadows.
