SpawnLog is a simple lightweight plugin to allow server owners to record when their users use a spawn egg. It will record the location, time, and type all to the console in one simple line. This plugin is a response to an issue I had on my very own server, users griefing with these eggs. So in response SpawnLog was born!
The way it logs is simple, it just logs it to the console for you. It will look like this: "Nateb1121 used a Spawn Egg to spawn a WOLF at 0, 0, 0"
In order to install SpawnLog just download the .jar file of the latest version, then upload the plugin into your /plugins/ folder and start your server. No configuration is currently needed, just upload it, and enjoy it.
An upcoming feature I have planned is to allow it to be configurable to log to the console, a log file, or both. Currently there is no configuration file included with SpawnLog, see "Installation and Configuration" for more information on this.
As of version 1.1 this plugin uses MCStats, you may op-out at any time, though this helps me know how my plugin is being used. Though it is your decision.
