MOD IS DEPRICATED! USE Smidgeon o' Bliss REMASTERED INSTEAD!

Smidgeon O' Bliss is a mod that plans to expand on the food based aspects of Minecraft with content, mod compatibility, elaborating on existing features, tweaks, and more! Currently it is a thingpack (Json Things) packaged as a mod, but I do plan to turn it into a fleshed out mod (y'know, coding in java). I also have a complementary resource pack for the mod called Touch Of Bliss.

Features:

• Dough compatibility: Dough (like from Create or Farmer's Delight) can now be used to make cakes and cookies from various mods. I love the name for this one.
  • Filling in gaps for food: Several food items now exist to fill in gaps and bridge mods together, they really are just little food items. A few examples of this are the smoothies, various teas, and the Cinder Bread.
  • Recipe compatibility and integration: All sorts of things from all sorts of mods can now be made with stuff from Create or Farmer's Delight. This includes fluid forms of various things from TeamAbnormals mods.
  • Tag compatibility: Added tags to items that need them. Stuff like the '#salt:can_be_salted' item tag from The Salt is now applied to various modded items. Blocks like the Blaze Burner from Create now has the '#farmersdelight:heat_sources' block tag so it can heat up the Cooking Pot or Kettle from Farmer's Delight and Farmer's Respite respectfully.
  • And many more to come: There are also many other features to this mod I have not listed. If you want more things, you can suggest them in the comments or put the suggestions in my Discord Server (link is below, your suggestions are more likely to be seen in the server).

What means Verified?

• Compatibility: The mod should be compatible with the latest version of Minecraft and be clearly labeled with its supported versions.
• Functionality: The mod should work as advertised and not cause any game-breaking bugs or crashes.
• Security: The mod should not contain any malicious code or attempts to steal personal information.
