SimpleChatAlert is a new lightweight bukkit plugin which can be used to alert players on your server.

The permission is
| sca.alert | Allows you to do /alert or you can be an opped player! |
Can be used for broadcasting messages to any players on your server
Allowing admins/ops to have chat that clearly stands out from others.
Has a very helpful message if you do not put in any arguments.
