Introduction:

I created this plugin as a simple alternative to the now outdated ModReq back in the day. I've used this plugin for personal use on my server as well as some of my friends server as well. Since then it's become out dated and wouldn't work with the new build of CraftBukkit, I then updated it, changed the name, and posted it for the public on BukkitDev for the world to have! Enjoy.
