This is a particularly simple plugin that is used like the command "/say". The plugin fits to declare events, links etc. Suitable for all types of servers.

Commands:

• /Shout - major command, information and help
• /shout ColorsList - list of supported colors
• /shout {Color} {Text} - sending message

how to use?:

pick a color from the list of colors > write the command: "/shout {Color} {Text}" (to switch "color" with the wanted color and "text" with the wanted text) > press enter Afterwards the message will be posted to all players on the server + consul!

Permissions:

(Since version 0.8.2)

• shoutcolor.admin - Allow to use the plugin commands
