This plugin allows Operators to set server hub, world spawns, warps, teleporting!

Set server join location. (Hub)
Set player respawn location per world. (Spawn)
Per-world homes, player warps, teleport requests, and a return-to-death command.
Per-command teleport cooldowns, with optional per-world overrides.
Can enable/disable individual features (hub, spawn, warp, tpr, back) and other behaviors.
Homes, warp-return memory, and cooldowns are grouped by world, so a world and its Nether/End count as one (e.g. world, world_nether, world_the_end).
Enable/disable a command /ss command [enable:disable] [hub:spawn:warp:tpr:back]
On respawn location /ss onrespawn [spawn:hub:disable]
On server join location /ss onjoin [spawn:hub:disable]
Cross-world teleport requests /ss tpr [enable:disable]
Global cooldown (0 disables) /ss cooldown [home:spawn:tpr:warp] [minutes]
Per-world cooldown /ss cooldown world [home:spawn:tpr:warp] [minutes:reset]
View current settings /ss info
Reset all settings /ss reset
/spawn [set:remove]
/hub [set:remove]
/home [set:remove]

Only users who have Operator status can set/remove hubs and spawns.
