SDMP Extra Items

Some extra silly little items/blocks/helmets for the Sleep Deprived SMP server!

Adds a select amount of craftable SDMP member and server related items into Minecraft:

• Monkey Ball Statue
• HOA Awards (both Good and Bad)
• SDMP Logo Blocks
• Plushies of the four main SDMP members (jschlatt, Aztrosist, apandah, mikasacus)
• SwaggerSouls' helmet (wearable!)
• Gobby Plushy
• Gobby Plushy but inside of a jail cell
• Schlatt Coin
