Description

About:

SCP: Obscure (Classic) is the original versions of "Fading Out of Obscurity". It adds Obscure/Not-Well Known SCPs to Minecraft. Mainly made for fun and to add some level of Survival integration to it.

This was made using MCreator so it has been limited to what I could do at the time but I tried my best to make it as good as it could be.

Version Descriptions:

  • 1.12.2 - The original releases. The latest 1.12.2 file is actually finished and has fully completed features.
  • 1.16.5 - The unfinished remake of the mod. Everything in it is unfinished.

Dev Notes:

Sorry for not giving any updates on this and Obscurity in forever. Things have been rough. Other projects, personal issues, motivation fleeting yadda yadda you get the idea. Good news however, the project isn't dead. The Classic Obscure release (this one) will still be up to enjoy for the weird whatever it is I made years ago it is. Fading Out of Obscurity is still being worked on, just very slowly. It will be actually coded and have  a more consistant artstyle to go with it. I can't and won't give release windows. It'll be done when it's done.

If you want any updates whatsoever on anything you can probably maybe find them here. It isn't a guarantee.
