its an multiblock structure. you need to get 8X "Charging Station" blocks.
and place them in 2x2.
used to charge batteries for portable cat item. (like the cat block but portable)
currently uses SanekBidium ingots (
) to charge batteries, but will be changed to FE later.
(btw the sanekbidium ingot texture will be changed very soon)

and it will generate 5000 FE.
